Assoc. Prof. Maria Constantinescu, PhD, born xxxx. Is Associate Professor at the Regional Department of Defence Resources Management Studies of the National Defence University Carol I and an associate expert at the Euro-Atlantic Centre for Resilience. She completed doctoral studies in Economics – International Relations at the Academy of Economic Studies, Bucharest and is a graduate of the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, USA. Her area of expertise is defence planning, irregular warfare and resilience. She has authored numerous books and research papers in her field of expertise, with focus on resilience and defence planning and defence resources management.
