Maj Steven Hornstra BEd, MSc, born 1977. A graduate of Fontys University of Applied Sciences in Education in Physics (2000) and Open University of the Netherlands in Educational Sciences (2009). Currently active as staff officer and educational researcher. He focuses on officer training and military design thinking. He is author of a number of expert articles in international journals.
