Maj Stefan Nelwan, PhD, born 1973. A graduate of Erasmus University Rotterdam (2003, 2010). Currently, he is team manager at Netherlands National Cyber Security Centre and staff officer at NATO C2COE. His focus lies on the preparation and evaluation of cyber crises, as well as civilian-military cooperation and leadership. He is author of scientific publications in cyber crisis management.
