LTC Joris Wijnker, DVM PhD, born 1967. A graduate of Utrecht University in Veterinary Medicine (1998) and Veterinary Public Health (2009). Currently active as section head at NATO C2COE and visiting researcher at Utrecht University. His current focus lies on Command & Control and veterinary crisis response management. He is author of various articles on veterinary public health.
