Shi Jingjing, Ph.D, born 1983. A graduate of Shanghai International Studies University in Shanghai (2005), The University of Sydney (2008) and Western Sydney University (2009) in Sydney, and Universiti Teknologi MARA in Kuala Lumpur (2025). She worked at leadership and teaching positions in the higher education field. Currently active as a lecturer of Business English. She focuses on the topic of second-language acquisition, cross-cultural communication, and instructional evaluation. She is the author of 2 monographs and a number of expert articles in domestic and foreign journals.
