COL Vlastimil Vašíček, born 1977.  Since 1995 he has worked at the reconnaissance battalion in Znojmo. He graduated from the University of Defence in 2003 with a degree in special communication systems. Then he worked in command and staff positions at electronic warfare units in České Budějovice and Tábor and since 2011 he has worked at the General Staff in Prague. In 2022 he received an MSc. degree in project management. In 2017-2020 he worked at the multinational headquarter in Ulm, Germany. Since 2023 he has been the Chief of the Operations Department of the Territorial Forces Headquarters in Tábor.
