Col. Ing. Miroslav Procházka, Ph.D., born in 1973, Military University of the Ground Forces (VVŠ PV) at Vyškov, Faculty of Economy and State Defence 1992-1997; School of Public Health, Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education in 2000; Crisis Management and Economy Support of State Defence, Institute of Crisis Management, University of Economics (VŠE), Prague, 2001; Masaryk University's of Faculty of Medicine, Social Medicine, 2007. From 1997 senior lecturer at the Faculty of Military Health Sciences (Military Medical Academy of Jan Evangelista Purkyně), head of medical management group; from 2007 subdean for study and pedagogy activities. Since 2010 to the present, head of Public Health Department, Faculty of Military Health Sciences. In the year 2002, as a senior officer of the headquarters, he together with the 6th Field Hospital took part in the ISAF mission in Kabul, Afghanistan.
