PaedDr. Stanislav Jonáková, born in 1956. She is a graduate of the Faculty of Education at Charles University in Prague, majoring in the Russian language, history and the Pedagogical Faculty of the Masaryk University in Brno, majoring in the English language. Currently she teaches English and Russian language at the Language Training Centre of the University of Defence in Brno. She graduated from several courses focused on the methodology of teaching the English language and the development of teaching materials in the Great Britain and in the United States. She is the author and co-author of several studying materials. Her research activity is focused on the problems of foreign language teaching in the universities of non-philological type.
