Pavel Viskup, Ph.D., born in 1982, graduated from Jan Perner Transport Faculty, Pardubice University, study field: Transport Technology and Control, in 2007. At present he works as an official for planning and training with the Railway Reconstruction, JSC (former the Railroad Troops), and at the same time he studies an external doctoral programme, with the bias to reconstruction and repairs of railway infrastructure during crisis situations. He instructs employees at the Training Centre of Transport Ministry Kojetín, he is a co-author of the publication New System of Infrastructure Renovation in Crisis Situations.
