Švejda Miroslav
Ing. Miroslav Švejda, MA, Lt.Col. (Ret.), born in 1957, Military Academy Brno, Military Technical College (VVTŠ) Liptovský Mikuláš, Slovakia, field of study radiolocation. From the year 1981 technician of detection and ranging devices, platoon commander, officer of a command post, planning section chief, chief of the Radiological Base Depot Olomouc, chief of the House of the Army, Olomouc. From 1999, member of the Division of Foreign Relations, subsequently renamed the Division of Military Security Policy, MoD; afterwards the Division of Strategical Planning and today's Division of Defence Policy and Strategy, Organizational and Development Management Branch. 1999-2000 sector commander of a UN foreign mission in Iraq, in 2005 political advisor to the commander of the Multinational Brigade Centre (MNB C) Kosovo. 2002-2004 he studied at the Naval Postgraduate School in the US, line of study security policy, civil-military relations. Now he is occupied with the questions of modern management, Balanced Scorecard and problems of the Alliance Research and Technology Organization (RTO).
