Col. Dr. Zdenek Zbořil, born in 1963. He is graduate from the Military College of the Grand Forces in Vyškov and the Military Academy in Brno in Brno. In 2002 he completed doctoral studies in the Military College of the Grand Forces in Vyškov. He has practical experience from various positions in the Economic Service in various military units, including, Joint Force Command, General Staff of the Armed Forces or SFOR mission. Currently he acts in the Joint Force Command in Olomouc as of Chief of the Economic Department.
