Pavel Vyleťal, born in 1949. He graduated from the University of Technology in Brno (1983). He worked in various technical and economic positions (head of the Organization and Management Department, Business-Economic Deputy Director, Director of the Facilities) and dealt with the development of the standards and use of the computer technology in commercial companies. Since 2001 he is a university teacher at the University of Defence in Brno and deals with the issue of marketing, acquisition activities and quality management within the Czech Armed Forces.
