Col. Kateřina Bernardová, born in 1960. She is graduate of Psychology from the Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University. Since 1998 she is a professional soldier; previously she was an army psychologist, recently she leads the Department of Expert Services in MoD, in the field of HR. Professionaly, she focuses on psycho-social aspects of contentment in work of the military and civil personnel in the department of defence, she also deals with socio diagnostic method of socio-mapping as an interventional and diagnostical technique used to small social groups development.
