Maj. Terezie Němcová, MPA, born. in 1980. She graduated from the Faculty of Law, Masaryk University in Brno (2006), International Law-Juristische Fakultät, Dresden, Germany (2004/2005), postgraduate studies MPA-Nottingham Trent University (UK) and Faculty of Law, Masaryk University, Brno (2013). Currently she studies the doctoral programme in area the protection of troops and the population at the University of Defence in Brno. Since 2006 she works as a lawyer at the MoD, since 2007 as a soldier by profession. She participated in the ISAF mission in Afghanistan as legal adviser. She deals primarily with the international law and she is a member of several international working groups.
