Miroslav Barták, Ph.D., graduated from the public and social policy at the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Charles University in Prague. He spent part of his study at the Universität Konstanz in Germany. Currently he works as a lecturer at the Faculty of Social and Economic Studies of he University of J. E. Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem. He publishes, inter alia in the issues of decision making in the area of public services, and also in the administration and management of corporations and their social responsibility.
