Jakub Míšek, born 1989. He acts as an internal Ph.D. student at the Institute of Law and Technology of the Faculty of Law at the Masaryk University. He focuses to the protection of privacy and personal data. Since February 2015 he acts in the Ministry of the Interior as an advisor for the legal aspects of open data in the Czech Republic.
