Col. Zdeněk Bednář, born 1968. He assigned his military contract during his studies of microelectronic and laser technic in Military Technical University in Liptovský Mikulas. His professional carrier includes staff positions in different levels of armed forces structure. Personnel Information System has been his prime interest since 1996. He was deployed in 2007 as a Chief of J1 HQ KFOR Main and in 2011 as a Staff specialist in Operational Centre of HQ Unified Protector. He was assign in NATO Command Structure between 2009 and 2013 as a Chief of personnel branch of HQ FC Heidelberg. He has been leading Department of Personnel Information since 2013 when he was promoted to colonel. His main interest is focused on personnel information systems, data analyses, statistics, a data collection process, personnel management and human resource management.
