Pavel Vinkler, born 1991, master student of Security and Strategic studies at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Masaryk University, Brno. He received Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Security and Strategic Studies at the same institution. He focuses on the arms industry issues, especially on the aircraft technology.
