Col. (GS) Miroslav Chylík, born in 1975. He graduated from the University of Economics in Prague, majoring in Business Economics. After performing basic military positions, he held positions at the General Staff level, focusing mainly on software support, mid-term and annual planning. In 2014 - 2016 he served at the Czech Permanent Delegation to NATO, focusing on NATO‘s defence and resource planning. In 2020, he graduated from the General Staff Course at the University of Defence in Brno. He is currently focussing on short-term and medium-term planning.
