Matyáš Zrno, born 1979. Graduated from the faculty of Social science, Charles university in Prague (2005) in the field of German and Austrian studies. He served as head of civilian part of Provincial Reconstruction Team in Afghan province of Logar in 2010-2011.  He is a frequent commentator of Balkan affairs and deals also with counterinsurgency strategies. He works as Director of Programs in Civic Institute think-tank, Editor in chief of „Psychology Today monthly“ and „Conservative Gazette“  online daily. He is lecturing at Masaryk University and Cevro Institute.
