Vinko Žnidaršič, PhD, born 1974. Currently works at the University of Defense in Belgrade, Serbia, as Teacher in the Department of Command and Control. He graduated at the the Military Academy in Belgrade. He obtained a master’s degree in Geographic Informations Systems at the Faculty of Geography, University of Belgrade and a doctoral degree in the field of Management in Defence at the Military academy, University of Defense in Belgrade. Hиs field of interest is a Command and Control, Human Resources Management, Geographics Informations Systems, Small Units Tactics and Urban operations.
