LTC Luděk Rak, PhD, born 1980. He graduated from the Military University of Land Forces in Vyškov (2003). He then successfully completed a doctoral program in Military Management (2008). From 2008 to 2015, he served in basic command and staff positions in the engineering and mechanized forces. He is currently a member of the Department of Tactics at the University of Defense. In his teaching and research activities, he focuses on the methodology of education and training with an emphasis on modern teaching methods using modern technologies.
