Jan Hak, born 1993. Graduate of the Master's degree program “Law and Legal Science” at the Faculty of Law of the Palacký University in Olomouc, where he also completed doctoral studies with a focus on the right to information at the Department of Administrative Law and Financial Law. For a long time, he has dealt primarily with administrative law and environmental law. In addition, he copes with the issue of the law of armed conflict and related aspects of state defence. The author has been working for the Ministry of Defence since 2020 and continues to work as a lecturer at a private university. He is a member of the Czech Society for Environmental Law.
