Dagmar Pospíšilová, PhD, LL.M., born 1967. She is a graduate of doctoral studies in the field of international relations in industrial property law at the Metropolitan University in Prague. From 2000 to 2020, she worked as assistant professor at Mendel University, and from 2021 she works at the Transport Research Centre (CDV) as a researcher. As part of her research work, she deals, among other things, with the analysis of legal regulations in relation to their regulatory impact (Regulatory Impact Assessment). She is a member of two committees of the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM International).
