JUDr. Jindřich Janouch, born in 1943. He graduated from the Faculty of Law, Charles University in Prague. He works as a lawyer and lecturer at the Military Health Sciences Faculty, of the University of Defense in Hradec Králové. He is a member of the Czech Medical Society of Jan Evangelista Purkyně. He publishes primarily in the field of medical law.
