Col. GS. Roman Bis, MBA, (*1971), graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, Charles University, Prague . In 1994 he began his military career at the 4th Rapid Deployment Brigade. In 2003, he pass to the military police, where he held command and staff posts until the current position commander of the regional headquarters of the Military Police. In the 2013 he studied the management and organization and subsequently in the years 2014-15 the Course of the General Staff at the University of Defence, Brno. He acted in the foreign missions in Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan.
