Reserve Colonel Krzysztof Radwan, M.Sc. Eng. He is a graduate of Radiotechnical Military College (1981). In 1986, he defended his MA dissertation at the Technology Department of the Silesian University. He is also a post-diploma studies graduate of the National Defence University of Warsaw (1999). Currently, he is a PhD candidate at WSB University in Dąbrowa Górnicza at the Security and Crisis Management Department. He is the author of publications on national security of the Republic of Poland, organisations and tasks in the field of crisis management, defence activities planning, cooperation with public administrative bodies and services in terms of monitoring threats in the voivodeship territory as well as critical infrastructure protection planning.
