Mgr. Helena Rýlichová, born in 1982, she graduated from the Faculty of Education, Masaryk University (PdF MU), major in teaching for primary schools, English language and literature, German language and literature. While studying the Faculty of Education, she was assigned in the scholarship programme Help for Pedagogical Staff of Masaryk University, with the administration of e.learning course in English and German languages. A graduate of Gymnázium Slovanské náměstí in Brno (grammar school), school leaving examinations in Czech language, German language, English language, foundations of social sciences. At present, she is a teacher of English language-methodists and examiner of the Defence Language Institute (ÚJP) Vyškov.
