2LT Robert-Marian Alixandrescu, born 2001. Is a reconnaissance officer in the Romanian Land Forces, currently working as a patrol commander at 32nd Reconnaissance-Surveillance Battalion “Mircea” from Timisoara. He completed a bachelor degree in Military Sciences and Intelligence at “Nicolae Bălcescu” Land Forces Academy of Sibiu. Additionally, he is pursuing a master degree in Organisational Leadership at the same institution, with a clear academic trajectory toward undertaking a doctoral program in the field of Military Sciences. His areas of interest cover military leadership, mission command and decision-making with applicability in the multinational environment.
