Iulia-Alexandra Cojocaru, PhD, born xxxx. She is a graduate of the National Defence University “Carol I”, where she obtained her doctoral degree in military sciences. She works within the Centre for Defence and Security Strategic Studies (CDSS) of the same university, as editor of Strategic Impact Journal, as well as of other studies published by CDSS. Her professional interests include: Strategic Communications, defence policy, security studies, and strategic analysis.
